Machine Features
This series of machine is equipped with a standard accumulator head and MOOG 100 points parison controller. It is specially ideal for producing picnic table, outdoor leisure table, tool box, toys, auto parts, L-ring drum, stackable chemical drums and so on.
1. First in and First out accumulator die head provides convenient material cleaning and shortens color change time
2. Die head features hydraulic cylinder injection, combines with multi-step injection speed settings
3. Die head can be lifted up/down and slightly adjusted in right/left direction for changing mold and correcting the distance between the die head and mold conveniently.
4. Mold carriage is diagonal rod structure and can be move forward/backward, open/close mold direction is parallel with mold carriage.
5. The mold carriage is driven by triple hydraulic cylinders, 2 sub-cylinders for high speed open/close mold, 1 main cylinder for mold clamping with high pressure.
6.Die head elevation stroke can be extended to one meter, suitable for producing picnic table and auto parts etc.
7.hydraulic system applies proportional pressure and flow logic circuit
8.equipped with human-machine interface control system, all the machine functions and conditions can be monitored and set on the control panel, such as temperature setting, hydraulic pressure setting, parison thickness etc.
Applicable materials: PE, PVC, PP, PETG, PU, PA, EVOH and MR.
