PBSS-1005Q-VS- PE (4+4) three-layer Blow Molding Machine
The Sheng Mei PBSS-1005Q-VS- PE(4+4) three-layer Blow Molding Machine is used to produce 1L-20L packing plastic containers such as detergent bottles, shampoo bottles, cosmetic bottles, medicine bottles, machine oil cans, and chemical bottles. The light and heavy duty bottles are suitable for daily use products and industrial goods.
Applicable materials: PE, PVC, PP, PETG, PU, PA, EVOH and MR.

1. Cycling time is related to the finished products, the bigger the product, the longer the cycling time.
2. Number of layers is related to the number of screws. For each layer removed, a screw is removed.

Function Character
1. PBSS-1005Q-VS- PE(4+4) three-layer Blow Molding Machines have two mold carriages and 4 mold heads. They can be used to make three layer 4L machine oil bottles with handles and liquid level lines. They are also fit with a secondary cooling unit which helps to shorten cycling time.
2. When the product weight is 225g, cycling period is 28 seconds to make 8 pieces (3.5 seconds per piece), i.e. 24686 pieces for each 24 hours.
