Machine Features
The PBSS-705(S,D,T,Q,H) Blow Molding Machine is designed for producing 1L-5L plastic containers.
1. Powerful crank mold clamping devices combine with ball linear guides.
2. Special design for oil circuit, which can save 60% energy but has no influence on productive capacity
3. Most of the components used are brand famous
4. Equipped with post-cooling device for shortening cycle time, it can meet production requirements for high output.
5. Easy to operate, excellent performance and high efficiency
6. The surroundings of the machine is clean all the time as the flashes drop on the conveyors directly.
7. On-line detection of leakage for improving quality control and saving cost
8. It can be equipped with auto deflashing device and take-out robot to achieve fully automatic, highly efficient production.
9. Moog thickness controller regulates product thickness, ensure the stability of the product thickness.
